MP4 – Muffler Wool

The MP4 Muffler Wool is a premium high-performance packing designed for 2-stroke and 4-stroke exhaust systems. Made from high-quality wool fiberglass, it delivers superior vibration resistance, heat insulation, and noise reduction, while handling extreme temperatures better than standard muffler mats.

Refreshing your muffler packing can deliver up to 2 horsepower gain at 7000–8000 RPM over a worn-out muffler and restores lost low-end response. For peak performance, it’s recommended to replace your muffler packing every 10–15 hours of use.

Features

• High-quality wool fiberglass construction – rigid, vibration-resistant, and noise-reducing

• Designed to last longer and withstand extreme temperatures

• Enhances muffler performance, heat insulation, and exhaust efficiency

• Suitable for 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycle exhaust systems

• Can be packed densely or lightly to balance lifespan, weight, and sound attenuation

Performance Tips

• Dense packing: Longer lifespan, better heat insulation, improved performance, slightly heavier, less sound attenuation (louder)

• Light packing: Shorter lifespan, less heat insulation, slightly reduced performance, lighter, greater sound attenuation (quieter)

Ideal For

• 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycles and small engines

• Maintenance, repairs, and high-performance muffler restorations

• Riders seeking optimal power, response, and sound control

Durable, high-performance, and long-lasting – the MP4 Muffler Wool keeps your exhaust system operating at peak efficiency.
