MP3 – Muffler Mat 6mm

The MP3 Muffler Mat is a high-quality replacement packing designed for 2-stroke exhaust systems, providing improved performance, heat insulation, and sound control. Measuring 6mm thick with a 500mm x 340mm sheet size, it is suitable for most standard 2-stroke mufflers.

Refreshing your muffler packing can deliver up to 2 horsepower gain at 7000–8000 RPM over a worn-out muffler, while also restoring lost low-end response. For peak performance, it’s recommended to replace your muffler packing every 10–15 hours of use.

Features

• High-quality woven fiberglass construction – rigid, vibration-resistant, and noise-reducing

• Sheet Size: 500mm x 340mm, Thickness: 6mm

• Enhances muffler performance and heat insulation

• Improves engine response and maintains exhaust efficiency

• Can be packed densely or lightly to adjust lifespan, weight, and sound attenuation

Performance Tips

• Dense packing: Longer lifespan, better heat insulation, improved performance, slightly heavier, less sound attenuation (louder)

• Light packing: Shorter lifespan, less heat insulation, slightly reduced performance, lighter, greater sound attenuation (quieter)

Ideal For

• 2-stroke motorcycle and small engine exhaust systems

• Maintenance, repairs, and muffler performance restoration

• Riders seeking improved power, response, and sound control

Durable, high-performance, and versatile – the MP3 Muffler Mat keeps your 2-stroke exhaust operating at its best.
