HL29 – WR250F / 400F / 426F / 450F Headlight

After a solid replacement headlight for your WR? The HL29 is a quality Taiwan-manufactured unit designed as a copy of the original — not a copy of a copy. Built to a higher standard than many low-grade aftermarket versions, it offers reliable fit and finish for off-road and enduro applications.

Designed to suit WR250F, WR400F, WR426F and WR450F models (check fitment details below), this headlight is intended for use with an H4 bulb. It comes supplied with a plug for the bulb, but no bulb is included.

Specifications:

• Overall size: 135mm (W) x 100mm (D)

• Lens size: 120mm x 75mm

• Designed for H4 bulb (not included)

Mounting:

• Bottom mounting points: 60mm apart

• Tapped for 6mm bolts

• Single untapped mounting tang on centre top of lens

Important: Please check your mounting setup before ordering.
The 1999 WR400F was supplied with a CEV lens and uses different mounting hardware.

Wiring:

• 3-way female spade plug

• Three unterminated wires: Red, Black and Blue
